The app and warnings work as stated however as a paid subscriber I had a question with a technology issue/problem. Have tried to email support twice and the email is rejected sent back to my mailbox saying their mailbox is full.

You have to pay $.99 a year to get weather alerts. Worst if all, you have to either let them access your location at all times, or never. There is no option for location access only when using the app. I deleted it. Too nosy.

Youd think an app as potentially important as Code Red, would have received the development and testing attention it deserved. Id be happy to pay for it if the danged thing actually worked.

Why does this app not work? Just went through hurricane Hermine without a single notification! Ive tried and tried to extend renew subscription,but keep getting message that purchase failed. Are you going to fix it or not?

They collect your phone number but they are no help. Support mailbox is full and Mail bounced . App gives an error when trying to log in. App says there are 17 alerts for me but you cannot access any. Totally worthless app without support

Created an account as the county I live in sent out a message that would be utilizing. Used the bar code on their site to get the app. Sent me to some poor web page that opened a page that was blank. Downloaded the app but cant log in. Should not be in the app store.

The app tells me I have EIGHT alerts but will not allow me to see the list let alone read any of them. Worthless app. Deleted

Worthless I cant even register. Been trying for days and it keeps telling me unable to connect now. So I deleted it!!!!

Doesnt work. My county EMS recommends this app which shows that they havent tried it. The only thing that worked was showing my location on a map. I set up my preferred notifications. It showed I had 15 alerts. I cant see them but I guess theyre there. A sad unfinished untested piece of software.

Wish I could give this app zero stars. Charging for an app that doesnt work at all? Under warnings according to TWC but not according to code red

Trustworthy and quick. I really have a peace of mind with this downloaded on my phone.

I read something recently about this app was was surprised to learn that I can get information about events or emergencies where I live and work or even where I visit over the holidays. I interact with this app daily now just to see whats going on. Its easy to use and makes me feel like I have access to important information for my family. Thank you for providing this ability but please make sure others know to use also!

This app is useless. It says 21 alerts, but the app doesnt actually show what the alerts are. Whats the point of the app if doesnt tell you what the alert is for?

It works and then it stops working. So far its currently not working except for the map. Even if you pay the subscription fee, which I did. Dont bother with this app if you are wanting actual advanced warning on weather alerts.

Cant sign in. I selected only to receive the tornado mornings but the thing goes off constantly for flash flood and severe thunderstorm warnings waking me up all night.

Well after you register the app no longer works. Just freezes on enter screen.

Total waste of time. I created an account online then install this app and it wouldnt let me login. I will not contact customer service, I will just uninstall the stupid piece of garbage.

Totally agree with all those who have already reviewed. I downloaded this app because I needed something reliable due to the bad weather we had in our area last week. This app was DEFINITELY not that!! It did not load at all the entire weekend. I even reached out to the customer service support and the recommendation that service rep Robert made was to uninstall the app turn the phone off and reinstall..... A lot of help that was.....would highly recommend not using this!!
