CodeRED Mobile Alert App Reviews

Even if you are registered for codered alert calls/emails through your local emergency services you have to create a new account for the app. The app does not alert for notifications so the only thing that works is the map. Even if there is a notification within your area the alerts near me tab does not work either. I have tried calling customer service, its just a voicemail box and I havnt heard back

Login broken. Cannot authenticate from server. Looks like all customer info is lost. Problem is NOT a customer malfunction. SCAM?

I registered on line, set up alerts and then downloaded the app. Wouldnt let me log in. Turned phone off and on, still wont work.

Hey Stefsail, dont lie now, I tried this App. In April 3 months after your review. Downloaded app. Signed up but it Would not let me sign in. Deleted app. Tried to sign in, Would not let me,tried several times, finally let me sign in. After several attempts...are you kidding me I had to try several times to sign in... Good luck if youre relying on this app for emergency warnings. Waist of time!!

This needs a lot more work. Sign up and log in very awkward. Wait for something better.

Cannot log in on the app which essentially renders it useless. Waste of time. Get it fixed or Im deleting it.
